Full-day excursion where we will explore the stunning places of the Valdes Peninsula, one of the most beautiful protected areas in Chubut.
We will travel to one of the most wonderful protected areas of Chubut province, declared in 1999 as a Mankind Natural Heritage by UNESCO.
This is a special place to see the Southern Right Whale (from June to the middle of December) and also a great diversity of other marine mammals and birds.
First of all, we will visit the Interpretation Center located in Florentino Ameghino Isthmus to have a look at the samples about history, geology, geography, fauna and flora of Valdes Peninsula.
Once in Puerto Piramides , we will be able to do the whale watching taking a boat to appreciate these giant animals closer.
Our tour goes on along a gravel road to visit the most astonishing landscapes such as Valdes Creek and its elephant seals rockery or Punta Norte and its rockery of sea lions (these itineraries depend on the season of the year).
At last but not least, if we are lucky there will be a chance to see orcas (killer whales ) too.
Lunch and entrance fee are not included in the price of the tour.
