Full-day excursion. We visit the Petrified Forest accompanied by a guide. The visit lasts approximately 2 hours. From there, we head to Ameghino Dam, where we hike along the Chubut River. Activities such as zip-lining, river floating, and rappelling are also available.
Following National Route No. 25, we arrive at the Florentino Ameghino Petrified Forest, where a specialized guide awaits us. They will accompany us through this deposit of large fossilized tree trunks amidst a vast, lonely steppe landscape.
We will also visit the impressive Florentino Ameghino Dam, exploring majestic locations with views of mountains and rivers, the red and the green. Lunch will be provided by the guide, set up by the riverbank under a huge grove of trees.
